To keep the salon running as smoothly as possible, there are a few policies we have in place.

Appoitments & Arrival
Your time and appointments are very important to the team at Blooming Moon. We reserve your requested time especially for you. Our scheduling is designed to provide the most accurate time needed for services.
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to receive a wellness ritual and settle in for your service. This is your time to relax and release the stresses of the day.
Late arrivals may result in shortened service or cancellation of service, so that we can stay on schedule for our other guest.
Because we reserve time for you, we ask that you notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
All cancellations within 24-hours of appointment, or NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. This will be charged to the credit card used to reserve your appointment.
Rescheduled appointments within 24-hours of start of service will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
Blooming Moon Salon & Spa is geared more towards adults.
We kindly ask that you arrive free of children.
While they are spending time with friends or a loved one, you are being nurtured & pampered.
We want to provide all our guest with a relaxing experience.
We do offer children's services for those Mommy/Daddy - Daughter Days, Bridal Showers, Birthdays or Special Days.

We LOVE animals but the salon is not a safe place for them.
Also, Mississippi State Board of Cosmetology Regulations do not allow for pets to be in salons.
Please leave them home during your appointment.
Therapy & Emotional Support pets will need to stay home as well.
Service Animals that are covered by the ADA are welcome.
Retuns & Redos
We strive to give our guests the best service possible, but if you have an issue with any service you received at our salon, we ask that you call or come in within 24 hrs. of your service appointment so we can address the situation.
There are no returns on products. An even exchange will be given within two weeks of purchase. NO cash refunds.
